The Music Road Hotel Complex
The whole complex is just a few years old and is gorgeous. Great rooms, on property water parks - pools, indoor and outdoor, water slides, lazy river and more, coupled with an excellent free continental breakfast each morning make for a great whole family treat. We'll be housed in both the Music Road Hotel and the Inn with the conference center between. (And Both Buildings have high speed wired internet!)

The Inn is only a few steps further from the free standing conference center, the Hotel is best if you have special needs. Also half of the rooms at the Hotel overlook the river.
If the whole family is coming pick the inn for the most water activities, although no matter which building you're in you have full access. The complex is located at Traffic light 1 in Pigeon Forge in a quiet cul de sac just off the main drag.
Surrounding it for a mile in every direction are restaurants to please every taste and that huge Wal-Mart in Sevierville is only 4 or 5 minutes drive, not to mention every outlet store known to man.
Rooms in the KIDabra block are only $98.00 per night for 2 queen beds. (This special conference rate off regular rate of $129.00) (Suites available at a higher rate.) Call Music Road Toll Free at 866-615-6353 and tell them you're with KIDabra. Every room night counts toward our reserved block and makes the conference possible.
KIDabra is a Smoke Free conference.
Audio/Video
Video taping is prohibited except by individual performers or the producers. Audio taping is at the discretion of the speaker, as some events are professionally recorded. Still cameras are welcome and encouraged.
Travel Information
Pigeon Forge is served by the McGee-Tyson Airport in Knoxville, approx. 40 miles away.
Currently, the carriers serving the airport are: American Eagle, Comair, Continental Express, Delta, Northwest, United Express, and US Airways Express.
Taxi or Limo Service is approximately $65 each way.
If driving, I-40, I-81 and I-75 all converge close to Pigeon Forge, then AAA, your travel agent or an internet travel map will easily direct you in.Amtrak Rail service comes as close as Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA, then it's about a 3 hour drive.
Greyhound Bus Service is available to Knoxville.

Rocky Top Tours provides transportation to and from the McGhee-Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN for the KIDabra Conference
RESERVATIONS:
- Reservations will need to be made in advance.
- We will group passengers together for pick up based on their arrival & departure times.
- Passengers will be placed on the shuttle that runs closest to their arrival/departure time.
- If flights are delayed and the scheduled shuttle has departed the passenger will need to catch the next available shuttle. Shuttles will run as close as possible to schedule times, however delays are possible due to traffic.

- Please tell us when making reservations that you're with KIDabra so that we can group you with other KIDabra folks when possible.
We will meet arrivals in the baggage claim area of the airport at scheduled shuttle times. The Rocky Top Tours representative will have a sign with the KIDabra name on it or if it is an individual we will have a sign with the individual's name on it.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME SO WE WILL KNOW IF WE NEED TO SEND A BUS OR VAN FOR PICK UP.
SHUTTLE COST:
- The charge for transportation is $65.00 for one passenger-each way
- There is a $5.00 per person charge for any additional passenger on the same shuttle- passengers on the same shuttle can split the fare between them.
- Example
- 1-passenger-$65.00
- 2 passengers-$70.00 or $35.00 each
- 3 passengers-$75.00 or $25.00 each
- 4 passengers-$80.00 or $20.00 each
- Etc.
If you do not wish to wait at the airport please let us know and we will be happy to take you when you land.
We will also group passengers together for departures based on departure flight times.
