Flying into Atlanta
Inside The Atlanta Airport take the Gold Line Marta to Dunwoody Station (departs every 20 minutes, pre-check your arrival and departure time on the Marta Schedule.). This is a 39 minute trip.
Travel is approx. $3.00 each way.
Upon arrival call the hotel at 770-394-6500 and the hotel's shuttle will pick you up. You can also walk approx. one block from Dunwoody station to the hotel.
Taxis from the Airport are available and great if sharing, but can be pricey solo. Plus, you'll get there faster on the Marta.
Driving Notes
The Marriott is only an hour and 45 minutes from our old hotel in Chattanooga and on the North Chattanooga end of Atlanta.
Also, for folks driving in on I-85 from the North, who like to avoid the interstate traffic, a gambit we use is to take the Buford Exit and come in the scenic route, your GPS will guide you in.
